This form is for girls that are interested in joining the

Mary B. Thomas Girls Youth Circle.

Masonic affiliated, or Non-Masonic affiliated, are eligible to become members. 

Companions are ages six (6) - eighteen(18).

 Mascots are ages five(5) and younger.
